3.   Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.  

4. =   Executive Session or Meeting as authorized by Section 551.001 et seq= of the Texas Government    &nbs= p;    

      Code (The = Open Meetings Act), under the following provision:

 

  Executive Session pursuant to Sect= ion 551.071 of the Texas Open Meetings Act – Consultation  

  with Attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation, and regarding any matter in which
