Dear R.H. Staff, Student Body: (Please read to students)
This is Mr. Zuniga (Coach Zuniga) as my boys know me.  Today I want to ask Rio Hondo to rise to the opportunity.  This is an opportunity to help one of your own students, fellow classmate with your goodwill.  First I want to start by introducing Johnathan Carrrillo to all of you who do not know who he is.     John with his big smile, and humor was always full of life top of his class loved football and still does to this day.  When he became a freshman an unforeseen situation affected John and his family which was when he was diagnosed with a tumor in his head.  Life took a turn for the worse and at one time they did not even give him a chance to make it through the year.  John has proved them wrong now a senior and to this day is still fighting.  John was supposed to walk the stage with his class at graduation this Friday night. Early this month John had surgery again and was scheduled to return last week and make that walk across the stage with his friends and classmates.  Due to complications John has had to return to Houston and will probably not return to school this year or walk the stage as we hoped he would.  This is why I am asking you to help the Carrillo family with a donation as Mrs. Carrillo has been unable to work as she is the one who has had to stay with John this month.  If you find you cannot help at this time I ask that you offer a prayer in his name.  I will place an envelope in the front office with Mrs. Zuniga so she may be able to take your donation.  If you want to make a check please make it out to Rebecca Carrillo.  John is one of my boys.

“And their prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make them well. And anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and wonderful results.”
James 5:15-16

God Bless You
