The Rio Hondo High School and Middle School Symphonic and Honors Bands had an outstanding showing at UIL Concert & Sight-Reading Contest!
All four bands earned a 1st Division Superior Rating from all six contest judges! Every UIL competing band in RHISD brought home the highest honor of Sweepstakes!

Saturday school has been canceled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 29, 2025 due to flooding in the area.
Due to the inclement weather and severe flooding in our area, classes will be canceled for tomorrow, Friday, March 28, 2025. Classes will resume on Monday, March 31, 2025. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Please stay safe!

Emily Martinez lifted all Nine Lifts (9 up award) and with a total of 1045lbs.
5th place team finish out of 64 teams.
